This is new in box. I did not unbox to take pictures. The picture is from the Kohler web site. I do not know if this is considered left hand flush or right hand flush.

The lever is on the right hand side as you sit on the toilet and the left hand side as you face the toilet. Straight from Kohler Spec Sheet. 1.28 gpf (4.8 lpf). Right-hand Polished Chrome trip lever. Combines with the K-20485 bowl to create a complete K-20450-RA IrvineT toilet.
