Kohler Wellworth Blue Vintage Retro 1960 Toilet. There is a small pin sized defect located on the rim of the bowl pictured in picture #8. There are also scratches on the very bottom of the bowl exit where a metal toilet bowl brush was used.
No user visible cracks or chips. The model number of the tank is K4518 with what I believe is a date code. The lid has a model number K4541 3 7 60. The unit includes tank bolts, which are in good condition.
