American Standard Norwall Wall-Mount Toilet In Surf Green or Turq Green. This toilet recently removed from its original location.

Finish inside and outside of both the bowl and tank is way above average. Tank lid has damage in back corner (faces wall). Replacement lids can be found at various "used tank lid companies".

All the tank parts had been changed to modern junk so I removed (including flush-handle). The second to last photo shows the "surf green" lid next to the much more common "ming green" lid. The last photo is the A/Standard Norwall catalog page. American Standard produced 2 wall-mount toilets "Norwall" and "Glenwall". Norwall is a little nicer in the design and slightly larger....
